WordPress SEO is the most complete WordPress plugin for SEO that exists today for WordPress.org users and I highly recommend that you use it. As you can see in the screenshot, the plugin provides previews so that you can see see how your listing will display in search engines.

The tracking code gives you the ability to see exactly what content people are clicking on, where the search originates and many more features. You should also consider using Bing and Google Webmaster Tools to generate sitemaps for your site.

A handy WordPress plugin that helps to provide reliable content delivery in a timely manner from your webserver. Although this plugin can appear to be complex to new users you can basically activate it in your plugin directory and after the default set up is done, you will have a means to flush your cached content, so that any changes to the site can be regenerated so that your fresh content get delivered.
W3 Total Cache

A WordPress plugin which formats your site with a mobile theme for visitors on mobile devices. In its free format, it basically strips out images and delivers just the printed content to viewers. There is also a paid version available that offers many useful features that are not available in the free version.
WP Touch

We have used this WordPress plugin for a number of years It is no longer supported by its author, but it has remained bug free  through many different versions of WordPress and so we continue to use it. It allows you to optimize database, repair database, backup database, restore database, delete backup database , drop/empty tables and run selected queries. Supports automatic scheduling of backing up, optimizing and repairing of database.

There are close to 20,000 plugins available for free at WordPress. A better way to find something that has the functionality that you desire is to use your favourite search tool as you may see other plugins in the results, along with comments, that will help you find just the right WordPress plugin for your site.
